You will be part of our high-performing team, responsible for delivering effective traffic across multiple platforms and channels with the aim to increase customer acquisition, sales, and conversion rates.
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Growth Manager for Ecommerce, your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, development, and execution of the online customer acquisition strategy
- Forecasting and working within allocated budgets across media and agencies
- Optimisation of all customer acquisition channels including on-site conversion campaigns
- Growing our affiliate marketing programs and referral marketing
- Planning, briefing, and setting up tactical promotions and offers
- Assisting merchandise teams to build, test, and validate strategies within the CRO program
- Managing our internal search program, across all organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) activity
- Collaborating with Ecom Platform teams (Content and Merchandising) and other internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing activations and communications with brand and go-to-market plans
- Coordinating with the broader Digital Marketing team, global and local agencies to generate effective integrated marketing campaigns
- Conducting reporting activity across all campaigns and KPIs with a focus on measuring the effectiveness of traffic, digital campaigns, conversion rates, and ROAS across our sites
- Translating data into actionable insights to drive continuous enhancements to improve customer experience
- Leading our internal team across internal site analytics tools (GA4 and Looker Studio), creating, and supporting the build of dashboards and reporting analysis
We offer a competitive salary range between $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonuses, 17.5% annual leave loading, paid parental leave, flexible hybrid work options, free onsite gym and personal training sessions, onsite physiotherapy services, generous staff discount, and opportunities to engage and give back through community and team events.
