Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Technology Architect to lead the design and delivery of our electronic trading platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, low-latency systems that support real-time pricing, negotiation, and trade execution across dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-client markets.

The role requires close collaboration with trading desks, quant teams, and product owners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance market competitiveness and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that support real-time pricing, negotiation, and trade execution.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deploy advanced technology solutions that enable us to stay ahead in the market.
  • Champion thought leadership for process architecture and develop options for improving current capability.
  • Provide strategic technology direction for the team, including code management.
Technical Skills

We use a range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Experience or exposure to some of these, or a willingness to learn, will set you up for success in this role:

  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience with IRS market platforms such as Tradeweb and MarkitWire.
  • Strong understanding of IRS instruments, pricing conventions, and swap templates.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Redis, SNS, SQS), Kafka/EventHub, DevSecOps/CI/CD technologies, and modern SRE technology.
  • Experienced in using Agentic AI to assist engineering efforts.
  • Knowledge of quant libraries and risk analytics integration.
  • SSL standard for secure encrypted communications.
