Financial Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee the management of our organization's financial functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making, financial stability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue growth, gross margin on services, project profitability, and resource utilization rates
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Support the consolidation of multiple entities and ensure the integrity of ERP and finance systems
  • Develop and deliver insightful management reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs through automation and system integration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies
  • Partner with auditors during audit cycles to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Provide expert financial analysis to senior management and departmental leaders to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or operations management, with a track record of leadership and delivering results
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred
