Senior Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Financial Leader to drive strategic growth and lead our finance and administration function. This is a senior leadership position with a rare opportunity to influence strategy and performance.

This pivotal role will oversee financial strategy, governance, compliance, and performance across the organization. You'll lead a high-performing finance team and provide critical insights to support executive decision-making, investment planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth initiatives and capital investments.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the group.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (taxation, regulatory requirements).
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analytics and performance scorecards.
  • Liaise with the Board and parent company on governance and audit matters.
  • Inspire and develop a capable finance team aligned with the organization's values and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in senior financial leadership, ideally in automotive or related industries.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience with financial systems and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Australian driver's license.
