Role Summary

Our OSHClub is seeking a Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and fostering healthy relationships with children, the school community, and parents.

You will have the opportunity to develop a child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft. Additionally, you will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality child-centered program
  • Manage a team of Educators onsite and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Work collaboratively with other service leaders to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Higher qualification in Education, Childcare, Humanities, Allied Health, Sport, Drama, or similar field
  • Experience leading a team and developing programs for children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development through play
