
Child Development Leader

Imagining a brighter future for the next generation, we are seeking an exceptional Leader in Child Development to join our dynamic team. This rewarding role offers a unique opportunity to shape the lives of children aged 5-12 years through engaging before-and after-school programs.
The successful candidate will lead a team of passionate Educators, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, you will be equipped to thrive in a leadership role.
This permanent part-time position entails working across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- 6:30-8:30am
- 2:50-6:00pm
- Block shifts in school holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts.

- Mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team will help you develop your leadership skills.
