We are seeking a motivated and qualified individual to lead our child development program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and education of young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an approved learning framework to support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of children.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement, and reflect on the educational program, ensuring it meets the needs of all children.
- Support children's learning through interaction, investigation, and projects, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor children's health, nutrition, and hygiene, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Diploma qualification in early childhood education or related field.
- Proven experience in leading child development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
