Academic Program Leader

This is a key leadership position within our academic program, responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies.
The Subject Coordinator will lead a team of teachers to ensure that learning programs are well-planned, resourced and delivered to meet the needs of all students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with school policies and strategic goals
- Provide expert advice and guidance to teaching staff on pedagogy, assessment and reporting
- Lead and manage a team of teachers to achieve high levels of student outcomes
- Collaborate with other teams across the school to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Bachelor of Education degree or higher
- Current registration, or immediate eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
