**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced education leader to join our team in the role of Associate Dean. In this position, you will provide leadership in academic operations and support the smooth delivery of academic programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will oversee academic program development, manage staff performance, and lead assessment moderation. Additionally, they will play a key role in supporting student retention and success through targeted initiatives. The role also involves contributing to policy implementation, work health safety initiatives, and budget management.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A postgraduate qualification (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline;
  • Significant experience in higher education leadership, academic program management, and quality assurance;
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including TEQSA and ASQA;
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record in fostering academic integrity, student engagement, and staff development.
