Job Title: Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality programs that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents, teachers, and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of educators who share your vision.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operation of the service.

You are someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for working with children and their families.
  • Can demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Is committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
