Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in leading Odoo ERP transformation projects. As an expert in the field, you will be responsible for delivering value-driven outcomes and effectively bridging the gap between business strategies and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Lead or support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations and stabilization efforts

">

• Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Odoo capabilities

">

• Design and document workflows, configuration, and business process changes

">

• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and business teams across geographies

">

• Develop custom Odoo modules, integrate third-party tools, and fix bugs

">

Requirements:

">

• Proven experience in complex, fast-paced environments

">

• Strong functional knowledge of one or more Odoo modules (e.g. Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, Studio, etc.)

">

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills

">

• Agile and flexible mindset — able to work across time zones and priorities
