Job Title: IT Implementation Health Check Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented consultant to lead IT implementation health checks and turnaround programs for high-stakes clients.

The role is critical in diagnosing failing or underperforming IT systems and ensuring projects are stabilized, realigned with business goals, and delivered successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health checks on in-progress or stalled IT implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom platforms).
  • Identify root causes of failure, including system misconfigurations, data quality issues, change resistance, or vendor misalignment.
  • Define remediation plans and critical path milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal client teams, software vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Oversee test planning, data migration validation, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and progress visibility to senior stakeholders.
  • Implement a governance and risk framework to ensure continuity beyond turnaround.
  • Lead go-live support and hypercare phases as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT program rescue, system stabilisation, and digital project turnaround.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Experience managing vendors and implementation partners under pressure.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in project health audits, data assessment, and operational impact analysis.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Government, non-profit, or regulated industry experience (highly regarded).
