Job Description:- Assist clients in developing and implementing personalized plans to address their unique challenges and needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting confidence and empowerment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Diploma in a related human/social service field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of recent experience working in a social services setting, preferably in housing support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fully paid comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage.
- Generous vacation accrual rate.

- Full-time position, 36 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet program needs.
- $27.54 to $31.61 per hour, plus $1.00/hour overnight shift differential.
