Job Title:

A Housing Support Professional

This is a supportive role that aims to provide residents with the necessities and resources they need to succeed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing resident support plans and delivering services.
  • Build strong relationships with residents.
  • Conduct meet and greets for prospective residents and new residents.
  • Perform wellness checks.
  • Help set up and clean shelters as needed.

The duties and responsibilities are designed to meet the needs of our residents and shelter programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Training in crisis intervention techniques or harm reduction approach.
  • Familiarity with available services.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma in a human service field.
  • Minimum one year recent related experience.
