As a qualified Physiotherapist with a passion for aged care, join Plena Healthcare's supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll deliver personalised, evidence-based care to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities and the community, helping them stay active and live well.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
  • Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
  • Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
  • Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
