Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in delivering world-class service, you will bring with you a true understanding of what it means to create memorable connections with our guests. Your warm, engaging, and welcoming presence will keep them engaged and excited.

With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role. Your ability to proficiently deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Poker or Craps will make you an asset to our Gaming department at The Star.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build lasting relationships with our local, interstate and international guests. You will ensure that the assigned games are fully equipped and functional at all times, escalating any defects or missing equipment.

Our ideal candidate possesses outstanding customer service and communication skills, along with a high level of attention to detail and concentration. They will be flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training.

Requirements:
  • Ability to proficiently deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Poker or Craps
