About The Role

Gaming Attendant | Anglers Arms Hotel — Dream big with us Lets go to the pub — one of our pubs, across ALH, the cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities. Our team adds to every pub's story with passion on tap. We are looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant who is customer-focused and happy to keep the gaming lights flashing into the early hours, creating a welcoming atmosphere through warm and authentic service. You should be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments.
  • Contribute positively to a culture of safety and compliance with RSA and RCG/RSG requirements.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

We're looking for someone who is motivated to comply with RSA and Gaming regulations and who enjoys working with guests in a friendly, service-oriented environment.

What we need from you

About You

  • Great with people, detail and communication, and motivated to create memorable experiences for guests and teammates.
  • A team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
  • You'll bring your authentic self — ALH is known for its people.
