Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Gaming Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and customer-focused advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operation.
  • Carry out permitted minor repairs and machine maintenance.
  • Provide food and beverage services to gaming patrons quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle all cash and gaming associated transactions in an efficient manner.
  • Assist with clearances, hopper weights, and meter reads as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of gaming experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year bar experience.
  • Current Qld RSA and RSG.
  • Experience in TAB and Keno would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
  • Initiative and ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people.
