About the Role

This position presents an exciting opportunity to offer expert technical, professional, and policy support in tackling complex organisational challenges.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing high-level advice, contributing to strategic planning and policy development, and managing sensitive conversations associated with funding approvals. This role may also involve leadership and management duties, requiring effective prioritisation and team coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sensitive conversations and situations related to funding approval processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, delegates, partners, and providers to ensure consistent decision-making and successful outcome attainment.
  • Delivering high-quality written and verbal advice while maintaining meticulous record-keeping standards.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Registered Nursing (eligibility for AHPRA registration required), Social Work, Mental Health Practitioners and Specialist Behavioural Support Practitioners.
  • A deep understanding and expertise in one or more relevant fields, allowing for comprehensive assessment and recommendation of supports tailored to individual participant needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
  • To be an Australian Citizen.
