Daikin Australia is seeking a Technical Advisor to join our team at the Murarrie Office, QLD. You will provide technical information and support regarding Daikin's product range and assist users to resolve any problems that may arise. Reporting to the National Technical Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to End Users, Dealers and Internal Service Staff
  • Developing a relationship with the client to ensure requirements are met
  • Enhance client confidence that information supplied to them is accurate
  • Utilise the product data and service manuals to provide true and accurate information
  • Enter all calls into the database with an outline of the problem and the recommended course of action to the client
About You
  • HVAC trade qualification and/or degree in relevant Engineering
  • Strong passion to step into the training aspect of the HVAC industry
  • Passionate to continuously learn and develop knowledge across HVAC
  • Excellent communication and ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Control Systems will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in Service Technician will be highly recommended
