Job Opportunity

CPB Contractors is working on a large rail and infrastructure project as part of building Queensland's future.

This project will play an important role during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games while delivering improvements for everyday Queenslanders by providing more frequent and reliable services around Southeast Queensland.

Your Role:

As a Program Manager, you will ensure project efficiency and minimize construction cost. You will lead a professional and effective planning team to high levels of performance in establishing and managing the project planning systems.

You will liaise closely with the team to gain detailed understanding of requirements and critical timeframes. Consistently reviewing the planning processes and procedures on a regular basis in line with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position managing complex, high value projects within civil construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
  • Strong systems focus and background in planning and programming with experience in Primavera and/or Tilos software
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills and demonstrated experience leading team
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or relevant experience
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
