Exceptional Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as an Exceptional Customer Service Representative. This key role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Build strong relationships with local community groups and charitable organisations

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your work effectively
  • A keen eye for detail
