Product Development Leader

We are seeking a Product Development Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and innovation of our lotteries and Keno product portfolio.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with commercial acumen and creative problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to life and enhance existing offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Create product roadmaps to strengthen competitive position and respond to market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration for growth, innovation and new game development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years in a related commercial, product or marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing successful product portfolios and leading innovation initiatives.
