We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Claims individual to join our team at Superior People Recruitment.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Product team to manage vendor claims and ensure effective resolution of after sales and quality issues.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for supporting vendor claims and resolving product quality issues in a timely manner, ensuring costs are passed onto suppliers and recouped where necessary.
  • You will also support the Planning and Procurement Manager with the procurement of all SKU's, ensuring correct products are ordered at the right time and at agreed pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute demand forecast into supplier Purchase orders
  • Work with suppliers to ensure product is delivered on time to meet customer's promised date
  • Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers
About You

We are looking for someone with prior experience in operational roles for importers, including procurement, logistics, and claims handling. Experience in complex environments is essential, as is the ability to thrive under pressure.
