About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.

You will work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members. Your primary goal will be to assist our existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product and providing solutions to any identified concerns or needs.

You will also be responsible for educating members on all the benefits they can access and working towards customer growth activities. This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
