Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of music scheduling software and automation systems.
  • Ensure high-quality sound by editing materials and operating audio equipment.
  • Load audio elements into the music automation system and enter royalties-related song information accurately.
  • Monitor specialty programming for content and technical quality control purposes.
  • Serve as In-Studio Producer to ensure smooth live broadcasts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist the Program Director with writing station imaging, promos, and selecting music playlists.
  • Write, record, schedule, and archive artist interviews and IDs.
  • Coordinate music projects by analyzing research data and interpreting results.
  • Participate in music meetings, monitor industry trends, and communicate with music labels effectively.
