  • Proven leadership experience in a leisure or fitness environment
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness and current First Aid certificate and CPR qualifications
  • A genuine interest in promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing
  • Skills in developing your team to perform at their best
