At the heart of our operations lies a dedication to excellence in customer service. As a casual Bistro Server/Food Court Waitperson, you will be responsible for front-of-house catering operations across our food outlets and assisting with functions and events across the property. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Assisting with clearing and cleaning of tables
  • Operating and balancing of tills
  • Assisting with food preparation and barista duties
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safe food handling practices
In this position, you will be required to work on Friday nights, weekends, and during the week. Our seasonal peaks occur during summer, public holidays, and school holidays; availability during these periods is essential. A key aspect of this role is working under pressure while maintaining high standards. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as a café or restaurant. You will also require good work ethics, the ability to work in a team and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities are essential to thrive in this position.
