We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional food and beverage knowledge, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of food and beverage, wine, and customer service while working with a supportive and fun team.

About the Role:

You will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team. Strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent presentation and communication skills, and NSW RSA certification are also required. Availability to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and having current working rights in Australia are must-haves.
