**About the Role**
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic **Workforce Planners** to join our team on a part time basis (20 hours per week) with the view to increase hours, in our **William Beach Gardens, Kanahooka** office. These positions report to the Workforce Coordinator and is key to the payroll and rostering process. Weekend and varied shift work will be required in this role.
As a Workforce Planner, you will assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources. You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Previous experience in Rostering and/or another similar position
- Post-Secondary qualifications in business, commerce, human resources and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Payroll Certification (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- High level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
