  • Conduct ongoing sales and profit forecasting to support business growth and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Design and evaluate promotional and markdown strategies to boost revenue and inventory efficiency.
  • Create well-balanced merchandise assortments aligned with customer demand, style trends, and seasonal factors.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Finance teams to align strategies and deliver business goals.
  • Mentor and support planning team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven planning culture.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, using insights to inform planning and merchandise strategy.
