Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Respond to clients and contractors regarding their requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Document Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date documents and reports, including word orders and other administrative tasks.
- Communication: Liaise with industry suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative functions, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Administration Skills: Proven experience in administration, including Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel.
