Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Aligned Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, productive, and innovative swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons using the Swim and Survive program, focusing on stroke development and water safety.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents, ensuring a fun and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Swim School Captains to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize disruptions.
- Adhere to the facility's OH&S procedures and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders, embodying the Aligned Leisure customer charter and service promise.
- Teacher of swimming and Water Safety
- Teacher of Infants and Pre School (desirable)
- Teacher of Inclusive Aquatics (desirable)
- CPR
- First Aid
- Working with Children Check - Vic
- Industry experience and license
- High level of communication and consultation skills, including a commitment to open, honest, two-way and frequent communication
