We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of Machinery Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of farming machinery maintenance.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, ensuring correct operation, and scheduling work tasks. Additionally, they will supervise and coordinate employees who operate machines, monitor production records, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess relevant qualifications or equivalent experience. A Diploma in a relevant field or 3 years of relevant work experience may be acceptable substitutes. Previous experience as a Farm Mechanic or Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is highly desirable, along with excellent communication skills and knowledge of agricultural production principles.

  • AQF Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.

  • Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
  • Supervise and coordinate employees who operate machines.
