Job Title: Grader and Dozer Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced individuals to fill the role of Grader and Dozer Machine Operator for a major earthworks project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in operating mobile plant, including graders and dozers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily operations and maintenance of vehicles, plant, and equipment. This includes completing pre-start checks on plant and participating in daily toolbox talks.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have previous plant operating experience and hold a valid White Card. Additionally, they should possess an initiative, proactive, and organized approach to work, as well as a thorough understanding of WHS policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Mobile Plant: Operate grader and dozer machines safely and efficiently.
  • Daily Operations and Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on vehicles, plant, and equipment.
  • Pre-Start Checks: Complete thorough pre-start checks on plant before operation.
  • Toolbox Talks: Participate in daily toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • WHS Policies: Develop a comprehensive understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in operating heavy plant machinery.
  • White Card: Hold a valid White Card certification.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Demonstrate an initiative, proactive, and organized approach to work.
