D365 CRM Senior Developer Role

This pivotal role involves leveraging the power of technology to enhance business systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing business systems through innovative solutions to ensure peak efficiency and unparalleled customer service.
  • Tailoring software or introducing fresh tech to enhance productivity.
  • Making significant contributions to major projects with dedicated technical insights.
  • Transforming business visions into tangible solutions while supporting day-to-day issues related to systems.
  • Supporting CRM (D365 CE) system at BAU capabilities for shared services applications.
About You
  • Proven expertise in applying, developing, and sharing specialist and detailed technical knowledge.
  • A strong working knowledge of Dynamics D365 CE (cloud CRM) is essential.
  • A good understanding of Azure.
  • Excellent analytical skills to probe requirements, produce solutions, and make informed judgments.
  • Demonstrated experience in production support at BAU capabilities is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations, upholding high standards to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interpret and convey both written and verbal information.
