About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges.

Your primary focus will be on delivering expert advice on AWS services, assisting with project launches, and resolving operational issues. You will also be responsible for building trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills while working with talented cloud technologists. You will also have the chance to receive mentorship and gain AWS certifications.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical engineering experience, with a strong background in operational parameters and troubleshooting. Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings is also highly desirable.
