As a key member of our technology team, you will contribute to high-impact cloud and technology initiatives across Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on critical cloud transformation projects, supporting governance, reporting, and delivery within a high-performing environment.

About the Role
  • You will support large and complex technology programs using Agile methodologies, such as sprint planning, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Provide high-quality secretariat services for governance forums, including agendas, minutes, and actions.
  • Assist with risk, issue, change, and quality management processes across programs.
  • Draft executive briefs, reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Manage records administration, including Objective and GovTEAMS administration.
Requirements
  • NV1 security clearance is required.
  • Certification/training in Project Management (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile SCM) or equivalent is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Officer on large-scale, Agile-based projects is essential.
  • Experience supporting program/project boards and governance forums is also required.
