About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering business outcomes through effective project governance, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager to bring their expertise and passion for customer experience to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management frameworks and stage gates to ensure projects meet critical milestones and quality standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions and project prioritisation.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and performance against strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration or other related field, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a large, dynamic organisation, delivering improvement and change initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and change management principles.
  • Strong understanding of customer data analysis and ability to convert insights into measurable actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience developing comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and business cases.
