Customer Experience Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of high-value projects in the preconstruction journey from sales acceptance through to construction.

We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and ensure contracts are delivered in designated timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the building industry and be able to deliver an awesome customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
  • Ensuring contracts are delivered on time
  • Delivering jobs to site on schedule
  • Coordinating jobs and workflow between sales acceptance and construction
  • Communicating with key stakeholders to progress jobs through the preconstruction process

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, have excellent listening skills, and an eye for detail when producing documentation. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
