Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality management system and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will assist in conducting corrective action improvement plans and implementing approved controls. Regularly reviewing and providing updates on quality registers is also a key responsibility.

In addition, you will participate in the preparation and completion of internal and external audits, drive continuous improvement throughout the QMS and processes, liaise with relevant suppliers and ensure compliance, issue and monitor non-conforming product reports as required, and assist in documentation development and control.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, monitoring quality management systems, auditing and implementing controls. They should be able to communicate effectively across all levels, be quality focused with a high attention to detail, and have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

The successful candidate will also have a 'safety first' attitude, a strong desire to learn, well-developed communication skills, and be a strong team player contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
