About the role

Based at any of our Head Office locations, this permanent, full time Quality Assurance Officer Role reports to the Senior Manager with key responsibilities relating to undertaking quality reviews on allocated activities/tasks to ensure they are accurately completed, and key controls are effective. You will also drive the development of test scripts and worksheets and provide written recommendations based on results. You will play a key role in the investigation, analysis and reporting of results, whilst assisting in the development and maintenance of frameworks. You will also assist the Senior Manager and Team Managers in reviews of operational risk events and assist the Team Managers with training requirements where required

You will also work closely with other members of OPS including other Senior Managers, Team Managers and Officers in relation to the Quality Assurance Framework.

Maintain highly accurate approach with constant attention to detail
Highly developed time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Bank's policies and procedures pertinent to the role and adheres to them at all times.
Ability to engage and influence all levels of staff and management.
Ability to train and transfer knowledge to accommodate varying learning styles.
Proven understanding of a wide variety of OPS functions, processes and systems.
Advanced problem solving, analytical and numerical skills

**Microsoft experience**: Outlook, Word, Excel - intermediate level preferred.
Banking platforms RFSB/RFSA, Doxgate, BPM knowledge or similar systems preferred
