Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Senior Manager and is responsible for undertaking quality reviews on allocated activities/tasks to ensure they are accurately completed and key controls are effective.

You will drive the development of test scripts and worksheets and provide written recommendations based on results. You will play a key role in the investigation, analysis and reporting of results, whilst assisting in the development and maintenance of frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake quality reviews on allocated activities/tasks
  • Drive the development of test scripts and worksheets
  • Provide written recommendations based on results
  • Investigate, analyze and report results
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of frameworks

You will also work closely with other members of the organization, including Senior Managers, Team Managers and Officers, in relation to the Quality Assurance Framework.

  • Have highly developed time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Have knowledge of policies and procedures pertinent to the role and adhere to them at all times
  • Be able to engage and influence all levels of staff and management
  • Be able to train and transfer knowledge to accommodate varying learning styles
  • Have proven understanding of a wide variety of organizational functions, processes and systems
  • Have advanced problem solving, analytical and numerical skills

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Microsoft experience: Outlook, Word, Excel - intermediate level preferred
  • Banking platforms RFSB/RFSA, Doxgate, BPM knowledge or similar systems preferred
