Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor the successful candidate must have the ability to:

  • Undertake programmed day to day quality control procedures and assist with various quality assurance tasks.
  • Initiate corrective and preventive action where required.
  • Ensure product meets all required hygiene, Aus-Meat export and domestic regulations.
  • The hours of work for this role will need to be flexible as the successful candidate will be rostered to work during operating hours and undertake overtime as required.
You Will Have
  • Demonstrable knowledge and application of safe working practices in your daily work.
  • Aus-meat and/or MSA qualifications will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Effective communication and computer skills (MS applications)
  • Ability to work as a team member or on your own as the situation may provide.
  • Attention to detail and gain satisfaction from getting things done right, first time.
