You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
As a Client Success Manager within PropertyIQ, you will play a key role in the client's journey. You will empower them to leverage the solution to achieve their business objectives through relationship management, coaching, training, and expert advice.
Additionally, you will maintain high customer retention rates and identify new business opportunities with both new and existing clients. You will also manage internal stakeholders to ensure the planning and execution of client commitments are delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic understanding of strata business processes and the significance of strata software and technology
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Prior experience with software migration, enabling effective project management and timeline control
- Strong presentation and training skills to drive new and existing business growth
- Familiarity with the PropertyIQ platform is advantageous but not essential.
