Job Description

The position of Campus Operations Manager is a key leadership role at the Women's and Children's Hospital. This involves overseeing the strategic and operational delivery of imaging services, ensuring excellence in clinical service delivery, resource allocation, and operational performance within the Department of Radiology.

As a proactive, solution-focused leader, you will drive high standards of care and service innovation while working closely with the Executive Director of SA Medical Imaging and the Campus Clinical Head.

  • Align service delivery with regulatory, accreditation, and policy requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration across teams, and contribute to a quality-focused, patient-centred approach to care.
  • Manage a clinical workload or dedicated portfolio responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

You are a dynamic and experienced leader in medical imaging with strong strategic, clinical, and operational acumen.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A relevant qualification in Medical Radiations and current registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated leadership and senior management experience in medical imaging within a large, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • A proven ability to drive quality, safety, and performance through effective governance, strategic planning, and resource management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and lead change.
