Job Description:\

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of a robust privacy framework.

  1. \
  2. Provide expert advice and support on privacy and data-related matters to stakeholders across the organization.\
  3. Lead the enhancement of a privacy framework that enables compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.\
  4. Develop and deliver privacy compliance training programs and incident management protocols.\
  5. Monitor and oversee privacy practices to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.\
  6. Conduct assessments of privacy-related incidents, including reportability to the OAIC.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership exposure in regulatory compliance or legal.\
  • Experience working in or providing services to a regulated financial services organization.\
  • Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and ability to interpret and apply associated legislative requirements.\
  • Ability to rapidly analyze and communicate complex matters in a commercially sensible way.\
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.\
