Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Wizard Pharmacy Bunbury Central. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of inventory management, ensuring that our pharmacy remains fully stocked and operational at all times.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispensing stock, as well as managing inventory levels and performing regular stocktakes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask with ease. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

This is a part-time permanent position, with 20-25 hours per week available. The hourly rate will be between $25.42 and $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stocktakes
  • Receiving, storing, and dispensing stock in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing inventory levels and making recommendations for improvements
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy experience desirable but not essential
  • S2/S3 certificate and OTC experience also desirable but not essential
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Retail and sales experience advantageous
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
