Inventory Manager

Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of systems across Australia.
We are seeking an inventory management professional to support our research program by managing inventory, data entry, and logistical operations.
- Manage inventory accounting, ensure accurate data entry and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in internal assurance and investigation activities
- Liaise with Defence EO Services and external partners
- Maintain positive customer relations and support facility users
- Monitor inventory storage and conduct routine inspections
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months, with opportunities for extension. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including fitness discounts, employee perks, and modernised paid parental leave.
