Financial Services Solutions Consultant Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory landscapes, and industry-specific systems.

They will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations to prospects, addressing technical and business value.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying up-to-date on emerging trends in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with financial institutions to understand their business challenges, regulatory requirements and technical environments
    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customers' regulatory/risk/compliance demands and value-sell solutions
      • Design and present proof-of-concept solutions tailored to client environments
        • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
          • Partner with cross-functional teams such as product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and iterations
            • Own the RFP/RFI development and responses
              • Participate in industry events, webinars and customer workshops as needed
                • Develop and maintain expertise in RegTech tools and platforms used for compliance automation, surveillance or risk management

      Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a Solutions, Pre-sales, Sales Engineering and Compliance Advisory/Consulting role within the Financial Services industry.

      Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

      The ability to lead discovery sessions that showcase value and ROI is also crucial.

      Requirements:
      • Deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory landscapes and industry-specific systems
      • Familiarity with RegTech tools and platforms used for compliance automation, surveillance or risk management
